Sunberry's coffee starts with great taste.  The coffees we use are based on the characteristics they possess.  Less interested in the brand name of the coffee, we want it to taste good.  This is one reason why Sunberry has had a reputation for good coffee for over twenty years.  We cup all our own coffee.  Ensuring we know exactly what it tastes like before it is sold.  We don't leave to others what we can do for ourselves. 

Sunberry does not use single-source coffees, we blend.  Very few coffee companies do what we do anymore.  Current trends are pushing coffee to what we call single-source.  More and more coffee is sold from one country or region as its own.  It is true that some coffee can stand alone, but many cannot.  Coffee is a crop, like any commodity subject to the elements, it will vary.  Sunberry blends together coffee from around the world to roast the best tasting coffee.  Different coffees have different characteristics.  Some have body, some acidity, others have flavor.  We blend for the best coffee.
